90年老饼家猪油制月饼 年轻人也爱
三代传承超过90年的老饼家，虽坚持用猪油制作福建月饼，但顾客超过30％是年轻人。
位于后港3道第7座的梁建源饼家，当初由已故的梁维槐创立，至今已超过90年。
除了卖面包及各式传统福建糕点如粩花、麻粩，梁建源相信是本地目前唯一还售卖猪油制福建月饼的饼家。
梁家第三代掌门人梁谦进（49岁）透露，传统福建月饼近两三年再度“流行”起来。
